Shanghai Toraya Trade and Industry Co., Ltd. is specialized in hardware tools production integrating international trade. Our company is located in 8, Dexin Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai (in Jiufu Economical & Technical Development Zone in Shanghai). Our company covers an area of 4,000 square meters, including plants, production inspection center, workshops and warehouses. We have 15 years' experience in hardware manufacturing and international trade. Our business concept is: Each employee should ask himself everyday: if I'm the customer, will I buy our company's own products?



Our products include scissors, garden tools, and semi-finished products of saw blade for wood and hardware tool components, among which semi-finished products of saw blade for wood (base part) and hardware tool components are unique for export to big international wood saw bland as well as hardware tool manufacturers. All these semi-finished product base part, components and parts offer a solid foundation for cost reduction to them as well as in terms of increasing their market competitive advantage. Meanwhile, we could also purchase all kinds of hardware, garden products and cheap miscellaneous stuff unique for 99 Cents Store, which are made in China. Our annual trade volume has now exceeded USD5 million.



We have accumulated great experience in offering international service to our customers in long-term business. All of our products are subject to strict inspection of customer quality standard before leaving factory. Therefore, apart from production, finance, trade and warehouse departments, a well-trained packing department is also established. Moreover, we have office in Qingdao, which is exclusively responsible for product quality management for factories in northern China; and office in hardware central city - Yongkang, responsible for production quality management for dozens of factories. Both the products we produced and the goods we purchased, inspected and packed for our customers achieve a pass rate of above 95%; while the rate keeps above 97% in terms of garden tools we export to Japan. All of these products are well-received by customers in Japan, South Korea and the U.S.



Furthermore, we have formed a whole trade service system covering ordinary purchase, sales, shipping and unified material & goods packing as well as inspection for our customers. We could package all goods our customers purchase from all over China into one container in Shanghai and ship to dock for exporting. Those services are not only recognized by big international customers of our company, but also offer a platform to those small-medium traders for cost saving, business expansion and continuous development.
